Hayley had been an orthopedic PT for years working with elite athletes. She really had no interest in the pelvic floor until the birth of her first son. She was shocked at the lack of education and resources for expecting and postpartum parents about how to foster recovery from this life-changing event. So, she decided to do it herself and has been both a pelvic floor PT and online educator ever since. Through her work in person and online she hopes to ensure that NO ONE feels alone in dealing with pelvic floor problems
