Despite struggling with symptoms like irregular periods, weight gain, and being pre-diabetic, conventional treatments brought no relief. However, after delivering a healthy baby girl in 2020, she embarked on personal research, learning that PCOS isn't an end-all. Empowered, she made lifestyle changes that drastically improved her symptoms. This transformation inspired her to launch Redefining PCOS, a platform to help women see PCOS as an opportunity to become Powerful, Confident, Optimistic, and Strong through simple, sustainable lifestyle adjustments.
